Targeted in Türkiye:China’s Transnational Repression Against Uyghurs (2023) is a guest investigation by Yalkun Uluyol, a Uyghur researcher at Koç University in Istanbul. It uses interviews with Uyghurs living in Türkiye to show how People's Republic of China police are using transnational networks to monitor and manipulate Uyghurs living overseas, including threatening their family members in order to get Uyghurs overseas to work as informants.
